… you are one of the very few who I’ve told about this site. Please leave a comment as I am taking attendance (and working on my admin skills.) You can visit my facebook page in the meantime. You’ll find that here.

What’s gonna be covered on BCB? Who knows? Politics, of course. The arts, sure, especially jazz and other music we love. There will be audio, video, interesting photography and hopefully some constructive public discourse.

The video that was shown was not appropriate foe the website. The website should devote more time into showing more positive images of city life.

I tend to disagree with the ‘positive angle’ theory. Pointing out the stark truth, to me, is ‘keeping it real.’

Maybe if you added music to your website, that might be another way to go.Furthermore, scenes of the inner city and more info on let’s say jersey city, might be good. poverty, politics, dining. the contributions of the Cruz family growing up in jersey city. The continuation of your book.

I’m feeling the blog thus far. I believe once you add the other elements (i.e. music, videos), things will be even better. Let me know if there is anyway I can help and/or contribute. Keep up the good work!

Cruz,
What’s up ???
Nice site… you always were the talented one.
Yo, I love the”NOPE” art work.
HEY, what’s the deal, I go away for a couple of weeks and half the politicians in the county join the Bobby J Society, I feel so left out.

I was looking to see who wrote the blog piece that was forwarded to me about Wayne St. because it was the only thing I’ve read written about Jersey City that was from a perspective I could relate to in a long time.Seriously Dave, this blog is great. I kept reading and plan to continue in the future. Thanks!
BTW your closed door advice to Corey Booker in Brick City will make you a star.
